Small hotfix

There were two major problems in the Yurijam demo version released yesterday. I've fixed them now!

* Added a couple extra platforms in the boss arena so you don't get pushed onto spikes.

* Allies now remain after death, but they lose all their SP. It's OK for death to be a little cheap.
